We are a volunteer nongovernmental organisation that works with local and foreign volunteers (European Solidarity Corps, former - European Volunteer Service). So under "employees" we have pointed the number of volunteers managed throughout these years, because the number of the active volunteers is constantly changing, e.g. going up or reducing, but we have to stay in touch with all - active and passive - volunteers all the time and keep in mind at what big events and/or projects each volunteer took part. Before we had all this information on paper, but it was very difficult for the search of the specific data or analysis. Since we have this software, we cleared the space from various cabinets with folders and optimized our working time. Besides everything is readable, because we do not have to spend time on reading different handwritings in various ink colors and the update of the data is very quick.
