No, We allow only one profile for a single business/brand. You can add multiple locations to your profile for your business.

Customer Stories
You will be selling a product/project/work/service of a business to either
- Single customer or two
- Multiple customers. Some specific industries don’t have this option, while generic sectors have.
For businesses who like to keep their customer information confidential, check the option ’Hide customer identity from the public.’ We will not publish the customer name and company name to the public; instead, we show designation and customer industry. Example: ‘CEO of a Software company.
If you choose to keep the customer identity confidential, you can’t add this customer as a key client.
We store all the contact details of customers in a cloud vault. We are using highly sophisticated technology to store data, which is secured inside different layers of security.
When you submitted a customer story for approval, the reputedfirms administrator will check the details manually and approve from our end.
We will send an automated email to the customer to cross-check the submitted details and collect initial feedback. Based on his/her input about moving forward, we will either call them or email them to collect detailed feedback about his/her customer experience.
Once we complete a customer interview, our content writer will create detailed customer experience feedback and publish it on our website. Later you can share this link with your future customers.
As per your customer’s choice, we have few options: 1) taking online questionnaires 2) phone call 3) skype or video call.
