I would happily recommend Otinsoft based on the experience we have had in working with them. They took the time to understand and appreciate what it was we wanted before development were started. Paul is very friendly, approachable and understanding. His team are highly skilled and work hard to meet deadlines - sometimes very tight - in a timely manor. If there is, for any reason, any delays - they communicate them with as much notice as posible.
