work is undertaken as requested at an hourly rate. our IT professional has good english and understands the system. He is friendly and easy to work with. they have maintained a system built by others plus built a CRM system from scratch for us. most times the bug testing is not completed prior to a request by me to test. Many times it seems we are not getting the response times we need unless we get desperate - then they are very responsive....but it still falls to just one person.
