We were very happy with the work Noise did on the design side of Faraday's site. The only problem with the project was the unusual split responsibilities for front-end design by Noise, and back-end design by their recommended developer, Capacitr. We signed on to this arrangement knowingly, though in hindsight, it's clear that it created problems. We were disappointed with many aspects of Capacitr's work - timeliness, execution of Noise13's design intent, general sloppiness, particularly on pages with less design direction from Noise, and downstream issues with the backend workings of the site. We've shared this feedback candidly with Noise13. The lesson we learned is that a) Noise13 should be fully responsible for the management and output of any of its subcontractors, and b) we would not work with Capacitr again (though we'd happily do front-end work with Noise13 again). thanks!
