Mobile apps design & development

Miquido worked closely with Skyscanner on the Car Hire iOS and Android app development. The relationship was a collaborative and open one, going through a lot of change and at times to very tight deadlines. However, no matter what the challenges on the project, we faced them together. We took a very agile approach and continually 'inspected & adapted' our processes to make them as effective as possible. Even atopting 'theory of constraint' (ToC) techniques to help with throughput and quality. It is evident that both companies made a commitment to quality and openness to ensure effective collaboration. As the project progressed we saw dramatic improvements in reduced number of bugs (during development and post-release) being 'shipped'. A lag indicator that our close collaboration payed off. It is not always easy to build close working relationships with 3rd parties, but I am proud to say that the Miquido | Skyscanner relationship was a glowing example that it can be achieved. - Kevin Hall, Skyscanner
